to sell is the local mini- warehouse auctions in your local area. To find
these look in the local newspaper under "General Notices" usually.
These mini warehouse auctions are when people renting the space
fails to pay the rent and the mini warehouse company will auction off
the contents to pay the bill. They happen every week in most areas.
Be careful not to get caught up in the excitement and bid to much. The
usual way this is done is the mini warehouse will open the door and
you will bid without going into the warehouse only bid on what you can
see. Remember only bid about 10 to 15 cents on the dollar and then
on only on what you can actually see. Do not overpay.
